Too much salt causes high blood pressure

More men than women in Kenya often add salt or salty sauce to their food. The 2015 NCD report shows 26 per cent of men prefer salty diets compared to women at 23 per cent with persons in rural areas beating their urban counterparts at being salt lovers.
