David Ndii's disintegration proposal reckless

For the last two weeks, a politically divided nation has been debating radical proposals by economist David Ndii.

As expected, the Opposition welcomed Ndii's proposal, hailing it as evidence that the Government had failed on national cohesion. In reality, however, CORD is preparing the ground for potential defeat at next year's presidential polls.
