Nairobi, Kenya: Anne Waiguru has implicated Treasury Cabinet Secretary Henry Rotich and a man identified as a brother of the Deputy President in the NYS scandal.
Mr Rotich and Luke Kimutai Samoei, said to be William Ruto’s brother, are named in a letter by former National Youth Service Senior Deputy Director General Adan Harakhe. The letter was part of court documents filed by the embattled former CS on Tuesday.
