Thieves on drugs caught with Sh1, 563,520 of stolen nappy rash cream

Two thieves on drugs raided a lorry on an industrial estate - but were soon caught with their haul of £14,000 of nappy cream.

A court was told Jeffrey Hepburn, 52, and Paul Wood, 18, took two pallets of E45 cream from the back of a lorry and sped off in a Ford Transit van.

The thieves were soon arrested by police and both later tested positively for cocaine.

The men, from Leeds, had taken the cream from an industrial estate in Rotherham, south Yorks, last November.

They both admitted theft and Hepburn also pleaded guilty to driving without a licence or insurance.

The two men were both given 12-month community orders at Sheffield crown court.
