Mental health brand ambassador, Sitawa Wafula, recently shared a platform with E! Reality star, Caitlyn Jenner.
The two met during the Aspen Idea Festival where they both addressed guests.
So, what did the two talk about?
“We talked about issues to do with mental health and how to stay healthy,” Wafula noted.
Wafula further revealed that Caitlyn gave her some tips on living a happy life.
“Live your life authentically, no matter what. That is the most important thing. It’s not easy because we have family looking up to us, but you must live your life,” Caitlyn, formerly known as Bruce Jenner told Sitawa.
Caitlyn is not the only celeb that Sitawa met as she also hanged out with David Carter, the 300-pound Vegan NFL player from San Francisco.
Sitawa runs a mental health info and support hub, My Mind, My Funk, which ran Kenya’s first free mental health support line and provided support to over 11,000 Kenyans.
She was named among the Top 40 Under 40 Women in Kenya in 2015 by Business Daily and among 42 African Innovators to Watch in 2016 by Ventures Africa.
