President Uhuru Kenyatta is angry with ICPC's threat to challenge petition against Safaricom, Airtel

President Uhuru Kenyatta wants International Center for Policy and Conflict (ICPC) Executive Director Ndung’u Wainaina to stop interfering with petitions against Safaricom and Airtel filed at the High Court.

ICPC had threatened to take legal action to challenge the proceedings and outcome of the petition filed by Uhuru Kenyatta at the High Court in order to protect public interest and victims’ rights to access information and participation in administration of justice.
