ICC hearing deadline

Four of the six suspected masterminds of the post election chaos want the confirmation of charges hearings set for September to be held at The Hague and not here in Kenya. The four, Uhuru Kenyatta, William Ruto, Jushua Sang and retired major general Hussein Ali prefer The Hague saying they are suspicious of the ICC proposal to hold the hearings in Kenya and lack of ideal infrastructure for the process. And as KTN’s Shem Oluchiri report ICC prosecutor   wants the hearings held at The Hague.
