Miguna Miguna during an interview with NTV said that the October 26 repeat
presidential election will be nullified again because the Independent Electoral
and Boundaries Commission (IEBC) has not meet the requirements of the Supreme
Court.
“As you can see there’s a plethora of errors. In fact, all the ten points are erroneous. What does that tell you, the commission is not ready to conduct a credible election, it tells you they are not meeting the requirements by the Supreme Court, it tells you that this election will be nullified,” said Miguna during the interview.
