CAUGHT IN THE ACT! Smartly dressed man does it not knowing he is on camera

A video showing a man pretending to be seeking to photocopy documents at a cyber as he seeks to steal the operator's phone has gone viral.

The smartly dressed well-off looking man is seen twiddling throughout and as he moves towards he operator’s desk where the phone he eventually walks away had been left.

As the operator attends to others customers, the man moves closer and carefully trying to seem reading through his documents so as to avert any suspicion.
