Probably not one of the most glamorous title when doing a feature article leave alone a letter to the editor piece. Some time ago, Twitter was on fire with the hashtag #JobsCrisisKe, that was expected, right. For such a topic to trend for more than ten hours, six of them being number one in Kenya, makes a huge statement which should not be under-estimated. This is not a hashtag where people just have mere fun.
Am not opposed to the topic whatsoever, my issue with this whole thing is- many of desperate youths were expressing their disgust since they have been tarmacking and there is no hope of change anytime soon. But what are the solutions to all these desperations and empty promises that are broken every now and then by the government? My answer would be this; we (youths) are the solution somehow.
