Director of
Public Prosecutions Noordin Haji on Tuesday, June 30, said the prosecution of
Embakasi East MP Babu Owino over the attempted murder of Felix Orinda was
slowed down.
Through the
official Twitter handle, the DPP said that Mr Orinda, aka DJ Evolve, has been
unable to record a statement as the shooting incident at B-Club affected his
speech.
