It took the intervention of Kericho County Governor Paul Chepkwony and a number of MCA’s who stormed the police station to secure his release.

Residents of the area took the opportunity to decry insecurity in the area and accused the police officers of laxity in their work.

The MCA further stated that he was harassed by two police officers as he attempted to exit the county assembly parking yard before he was arrested.
