MP out of danger after grisly road accident

Rongo Member of Parliament Paul Abuor has confirmed that he is safe and out of danger following the grisly road accident on Saturday evening.

While speaking to a local news website, Abuor said him and other occupants, including driver and bodyguard, had gone through medical checkups that gave them a clean bill of health.

“Nobody was injured in the crash, I therefore want to tell all Rongo residents as well as friends and family that I am fine and there is no cause for alarm,” said the MP by a local news website.

At the time of the accident, the MP was heading to Nairobi from Rongo.

His vehicle, now completely damaged, rolled several times at Segona area on the Kiambu-Nairobi highway.
