The Supreme Court on Monday 20 November dismissed the two petitions challenging President Uhuru Kenyatta’s win during the repeat presidential election held on October 26.
Chief Justice David Maraga said that they were not able to deliver the full judgement since the petitions were retired with two days to the deadline.
