Independent Electoral and Boundaries Commission (IEBC) Chair Wafula Chebukati has announced that repeat presidential elections will be postponed in Homa Bay, Migori, Kisumu and Siaya Counties.
According to reports, IEBC officials across Nyanza were unable to transport and distribute election materials to polling stations for the whole day.
