Kenyans question ODM women representative's mode of seeking campaign donations

Kenyans on twitter have questioned Nairobi Women Representative aspirant’s mode of seeking contribution from her supporters.

The ODM party candidate’s official twitter handle posted a poster with calls for financial aid but interestingly has bicycles and motorbikes as hampers likely to be won by anyone donating Sh100 to her campaigns.

Donate 100/- towards my campaign and stand a chance to ride away with a fully loaded Buffalo Charger Bicycle or a Bajaj BM 150 Motorbike. pic.twitter.com/87C3c0RFXr

"Madam Passaris why don't you become director at sportpesa and stop the hullabaloo. You are my choice but with this Big No @EstherPassaris "— Zachespy (@zachespy) July 10, 2017

Esther Passaris says she will need more resources to reach out to voters in all the constituencies and city wards.

"Thank you. Women Rep Nairobi needs to reach out to voters in 17 constituencies, 85 wards. Resources also needed to conduct civic education."— Esther M Passaris (@EstherPassaris) July 10, 2017

I hear you Esther.Get the 100 Bob and so forth but stop the "more you send the more the chances of winning" that sounds betting— Zachespy (@zachespy) July 10, 2017

We need to own our problems and our solutions. The cost of poverty is to high & dangerous for us all. Supporting good leadership important.
