Man remanded on charges of ‘bestiality’

A man suspected to have had unnatural act with a goat was remanded at a Kitale court.

Appearing before senior principal magistrate Julius Mukut Nangea, Emmanuel Barasa Nyongesa was accused of an unnatural act with a goat which had just given birth.

The owner, Kennedy Wanjala said he had left his goat grazing in the homestead and left for the market but on returning, he found the goat had been untied and moved to a hidden place.

On checking further, he saw the accused jumping over the fence while his goat was lying down with blood all over the place.
