Mugithi singer Lawrence Njuguna, popularly known as DJ Fatxo, is concluding the year on a triumphant note with the acquisition of a new Mercedes Benz.
The artist shared his excitement on social media, posting an image of his sleek white Mercedes with the caption, "New month, new ride.... see God ooohh!"
The artist went on to underscore the significance of the purchase, stating, "It has been a tough year, acha nijiliwaze na haka ka toy for being a fighter," which loosely translates to "Let me console myself with this toy for being a fighter."
This sentiment was further captured in a snapshot of him beside his new car, summing up the hard-fought victory.
In a more playful tone, DJ Fatxo uploaded a video of himself driving the Mercedes, extending an invitation to friends with the words, "Mko wapi niwapee lift tukifanya last born testing," and even seeking suggestions for potential nicknames like "#The Duke" and "#Mwana wa Mutumia."

Despite earlier headlines connecting DJ Fatxo to the unfortunate passing of interior designer Jeff Mwathi in February 2023, the artist has been officially cleared of any involvement by the Directorate of Criminal Investigations (DCI).
