The Hustler Fund launched last week will be the largest affirmative fund established by the government so far.

It follows the Youth Enterprise Development Fund and the Women Enterprise Fund, which were launched during the late President Mwai Kibaki's regime and the Uwezo Fund and the Biashara Fund launched during former President Uhuru Kenyatta's time.
