Jurgen Klopp has singled out Roberto Firmino for praise from his front three.

The Liverpool boss has the luxury of selecting the Brazilian along with Mo Salah and Sadio Mane in attack.

And Klopp claimed it is Firmino, who has scored 19 goals this season, who stands apart from the other two.

"Mo Salah, world class, but not every day. Sadio Mane, world class, but not every day. Roberto Firmino, world class, pretty much every day," he told the Mail on Sunday .

Klopp welcomes Tottenham to Anfield on Sunday as Liverpool look to put further daylight between themselves and fifth-place Spurs.

The German added: "In terms of our targets and what we want to achieve, this is very important - it's a six-point game," he added.

"The only advantage one team can have in this situation is to play at home. We're at Anfield and I am looking forward to it.

"I watched Tottenham's game versus Manchester United. They were sharp and looked really good.

"It's not very often that you keep Man United away from your own goal like Tottenham did in that game.

"A few players are coming back - (Toby) Alderweireld, (Lucas) Moura new signing could be involved.

"They are in a good moment but our moment isn't too bad either."
