Fitness Challenge Kenya back this Saturday at Nairobi Arboretum

The monthly Fitness Challenge Kenya is back this weekend at Nairobi Arboretum with hundreds of city residents expected to put to test their physical health. Fitness Challenge Kenya is a movement that brings people together to perform fitness activities under one umbrella.

The events brings together runners, swimmers, body builders, weight lifters, boxers, dancers, Martial Artists and happy goers. Speaking ahead of the Challenge on Saturday at Nairobi Arboretum, Hillary Wahanda of Best Kickers martial Arts said: "At Fitness Challenge, we engage people in different activities that include stretches, cardio, strength, conditioning, boxing, dance and martial arts to give city dwellers a chance to shake up their bodies so they can know what they need to do to stay healthy," Wahanda said.
 

The Saturday event will entail a two-hour session for participants charged at Sh1,500 per person.
Fitness Challenge Kenya works with different specialists in the health industry such as like physiotherapists, nutritionists and masseurs to ensure an unforgettable experience for participants.
The movement was founded by Ian Wainaina of Kudunda and is now in its 10th edition.
