Two-time world 1,500m champion Kiprop fires warning shot ahead of Worlds trip

Two-time world 1,500m champion Asbel Kiprop has announced his bid to make the cut to the second IAAF World Relay Championships set for set for Nassau, Bahamas, on May 2-3.

Kiprop, who is the only Kenyan to have won men’s 1,500m gold medal at the world championships, fired warning shots to his rivals, winning the 800m race in 1:44.4 at the Nyayo Stadium yesterday.
