Title deed

Okello and Staram are said to have forged the title deed on around May 27, 2015 to land reference Uasin Gishu/El- Lahre settlement scheme/432 measuring 0.302 hectares, claiming to have been issued by a land registrar, Isaac Wanyonyi Sabuni.

They were also charged with conspiracy to defeat justice by presenting a forged tittle deed.

The two faced another count of making a false letter of confirmation of title deed on April 2 2019 and presenting it in court while alleging that the same had been made, signed and stamped by Anastacius Muriuki for the Directorate of Criminal Investigations officer.
