Nairobi, Kenya: Nandi Hills MP Alfred Keter Wednesday claimed that National Assembly Speaker Justin Muturi is shielding Devolution Cabinet Secretary Anne Waiguru by demanding for additional documents to approve the impeachment motion.
He further alleged he Executive was mounting pressure on the speaker over the motion.
