Ruto pushes for a heads of state committee to oversee AU institutional reforms

President William Ruto has proposed the formation of a committee of heads of state to oversee African Union institutional reforms.

Speaking at Statu House, Nairobi Ruto told various heads of state and governments that the committee will ensure collective ownership of the whole reform process that he champions.
