On Saturday 23 September, Controversial political analyst Mutahi Ngunyi penned a letter to president Uhuru Kenyatta telling him that if the country snaps, NASA leader Raila Odinga, IEBC Chairman Wafula Chebukati and Chief Justice David Maraga would not be blamed but him.
According to the letter read by one of Mutahi Ngunyi's students from Fort Hall School of Government, Kenya is not in a good place. This comes days after the Independent Electoral and Boundaries Commission (IEBC) Chairman, Chebukati announced that the repeat election will be held on Thursday 26 October 2017.
