Mombasa Governor Hassan Joho emerges best in local revenue generation

Mombasa County Governor Hassan Ali Joho and his deputy Hazel Katana with the best award in recognition for own growth source in revenue collection during the comparative period of 2013-214 and 2015 and 2016 at the Sarova Whitesands Beach Resort, December 01, 2016. The Commission on Revenue Allocation (CRA) has declared Mombasa the best county in generating local revenue.

The county was feted for tapping on local sources to generate revenue in a ceremony held at the end of the second County Revenue Automation Conference 2016 at the Sarova Whitesands Beach Resort and Spa on Wednesday evening.
