Is he the one? Netizens ask Ruth Matete if she is dating Mlami Mwitu

On Thursday, award-winning gospel musician Ruth Matete shared a video of Mlami Mwitu playing with her daughter and Kenyans online drew all sorts of conclusions.

Matete had thanked him for visiting but her followers piled pressure on her to declare whether he is 'the one'.

Mlami Mwitu or The reverend dad as he calls himself on social media, is a content creator and brand influencer who has mastered Swahili and entertains his fans with hilarious clips in Luhya accent.

The pair hang out a lot and netizens now believe something is brewing.

Ruth has maintained they are just friends who enjoy each other's company but we all know that line right?

"Tuambie tu Ukweli Woman of God" asked one Instagram user and Matete said, "...But you guys have already concluded. You won't believe anything I say. So I choose to keep quiet."

"Hii visit ni ya pili we are counting," added another.

"Sioni akipost nowadays, I guess he's busy," teased another.

In late 2022, Matete confirmed that she was open to dating and was looking to get two more children before turning 40.

She, however, stated that she would consider undergoing a medical procedure if she would not find a man to sire kids with.

"In three years' time, I will be 40, Wueh!! And I still want to give Tolu a brother and a sister. Someone needs to find me we do this thing we finish," she wrote.

"Or is there a medical procedure to help me get twins? I would wish to finish that chapter by 40. Is it possible or I'm I watching a lot of movies? Meet. Fall in love. Date. Engagement. Wedding. Pregnant. Babies," she added.
