Church loses land after nine-year fight with EPZ

A court has ruled that a church, primary school, and offices on land owned by the Presbyterian Church of East Africa (PCEA) be demolished.

In a virtual case ruling between the Export Processing Zone Authority (EPZA) and PCEA Foundation, Kajiado High Court Judge Maxwell Gicheru on Thursday ruled that the two-acre piece of land where the multi-million shilling complex stands was acquired illegally.
