A woman at the coast who claims to posses prophetic powers has warned women who abort that they are “playing with fire.”
Speaking to The Nairobian, Caroline Wangu Wambugu (pictured), said God appeared to her in a dream and told her to warn the women that unless they repent, they would be in trouble.
Wangu said that on January 2, while fast asleep, she heard a voice telling her: “Waambie watu wangu wasitoe mimba tena maana kunao wanaotoa watoto wa maana sana (tell my people to stop abortions as they are aborting children who would become great people in future).
The 33-year-old says she predicted the Westgate and the Mpeketoni attacks, but no one took her warnings seriously. She claims an inner voice has been haunting her to deliver this message to all Kenyans.
“God is not happy with the number of women who are procuring abortions. For the past two weeks, I have not been able to sleep because had to deliver this message,” she said.
