Nairobi,Kenya:One side Talanta lost 4-0 to Mahakama in Saturday’s match in a result that marked the former’s second loss of the season.

Former Gor Mahia striker Duncun Ochieng scored all the four goals and returned the favor showed to him by coach Zedekiah Otieno whom they were with at Gor two years ago.

Owiti scored his first of four goals in the eighth minute and added another in the 25th minute. He ensured Mahakama went to the break leading 3-0 with his third of the half in the 40th minute.

On resumption he continued with his good form scoring the fourth goal at the hour mark to ensure his side picked all three points and moved into second spot on the standings.

Another big winners were Kariobangi Sharks who mauled Tala Nationale 3-0 in a match played at Portland grounds in Athi River.

Sharks have been out of action for the last three weeks when they lost 3-2 to Modern Coast Rangers. This time around they were determined to pick all three points

 `Samuel Thuku struck first for Sharks in the 29th minute ensuring the visitors went to rest with a one goal advantage. On resumption, Robinson Kamura  added another in the 56th minute before paving the way for Victor Omune to score the third goal in the 75th minute.

Elsewhere, Jericho All Stars gathered three away points in central region over the weekend recording a 3-2 win over Mount Kenya Meru.  Bidco thrashed Sparki 5-0 with Talanta recovering from Saturday’s defeat to register a three all draw against Ligi Ndogo.

Kariobangi Sharks humiliated Tala 3-0 while Magongo registered a slim 1-0 win over Administration Police. Moyas thrashed Mount Kenya 4-0 away in Nyeri with Nairobi Stima losing 1-0 to KRA.
