The Junction Shopping Mall in partnership with RMA Motors is set to bring the best Father’s Day with 10 days of ‘Big Boy Toys- The ultimate playground’.
From 11th to 21st June, the Mall will host various mini-events, ranging from the display and sale of luxury cars, ‘big boy toys’ such as large smart screen TVs, surround sound systems, gaming consoles, mini-drones, etc.
For interactive fun, shoppers will nominate fathers for a test-drive opportunity by posing for ‘Daddy and me’ selfies with the cars as Junction. With the hashtag #10DaysOfMan, post the selfies on social media with short messages and captivating stories justifying why their Dad deserves the treat.
The latest JLR luxury models such as the Jaguar F-Type series, Land Rover Discovery Sport and Land Rover Defender (Storm) will be showcased from June 11th to 21st, giving shoppers the opportunity for a touch-and-feel experience.
“This is the season for fathers and we know that cars – luxury cars – are of great interest to men, more so dads,” said Mwihoti M’Mbijjewe, Head of Marketing at Knight Frank Kenya.
In one of the Mall’s Atriums, Sony Anisuma Traders and GameChanger will have special Father’s Day offers and will co-sponsor what will be known as ‘The Man Cave’.
This will be the ultimate man’s playground, with visitors taking turns to play Mortal Kombat and FIFA 2015 on three big screens. In addition, there will be a PlayStation Racing Wheel experience for Gran Turismo 6. Winners will be awarded with PlayStation-branded merchandise by GameChanger.
GameChanger will also demonstrate how its two types of parrot mini-drones work (a drone that flies and as well as another that jumps). GameChanger stocks gaming consoles, games and headphones.
Fathers get ready for the most memorable Father’s Day yet.
