Lavender Orengo wedded her fiancee Albert in a colourful ceremony attended by close family and friends.
ODM Party leader Raila Odinga, Rarieda MP Otiende Amollo, Gem MP Elisha Odhiambo, and Alego Usonga MP Samuel Atandi were among those in attendance.

Orengo and his wife Betty Murungi, who is a lawyer and human rights defender have 7 children together, three boys and four girls (Michael, Bob, Steven, Zeni, Josephine, Lavender and Lynette Orengo).
