Grace Nzula, a journalist by training, has 13 years' experience in human resource management. Three years ago, she registered Atarah Solutions, an outfit she uses to train individuals and organisations on how to get the best out of their human capital.
"Not everyone can be an entrepreneur and not everyone can be employed. In entrepreneurship, there is no room for the second best," she tells Enterprise.
