Ingredients: ? 115g mayonnaise or salad dressing ? 1 teaspoon fresh basil, chopped ? 1 clove garlic, minced / ¼ teaspoon garlic powder ? 250g roasted turkey slices ? 8 ½ inch slices whole meal bread (or any of your choice) ? Baby spinach ? Tomato slices
Directions: Mix mayonnaise, basil and garlic powder/garlic then spread on each slice of bread.
Layer spinach, tomato and roast turkey on one slice, cover with the other slice.
Serve with fresh juice.
