Kitui County has signed an MoU with the Kenya Red Cross Society (KCRS) in various areas of development.
The agreement was signed yesterday by KRCS Deputy Secretary General James Kisia and acting County Secretary Alex Kimanzi.
Governor Julius Malombe said the areas of co-operation included disaster and risk management, legal framework, capacity building, food security and youth and children empowerment.
Chief Health Officer Fredrick Muli said the MoU may be amended by mutual consent.
