Enjoy this easy to make and nutritious smoothie for breakfast or even as a dieting aid to help in eating less food while being full
Ingredients
1 small mango
½ cup of passion fruit
½ cup low fat milk
¼ cup of plain yoghurt
1 tablespoon of honey/sugar
½ cup of ice
Preparation
Put all the ingredients in a blender
Blend well till mixture is smooth and frothy
