Angry residents of Kiambu County took the law into their hands after arresting a man alleged to be a notorious thief in the area, who at the time was caught with a sack of sweet potatoes. The residents subjected the man to a thorough beating before handing him to the police. KTN’s Asha Mwilu reports.
