Members of parliament have warned the executive against frustrating the drafting of bills on devolution. Suspicion arose over what mps claimed were behind the scenes attempts by part of the executive to water down the work of the devolution task force. At the same time mps have told the task force to meet with treasury officials and resolve the conflict over proposed bills on county finance. KTN's Noah Otieno reports.
