Former commissioners of the now disbanded electoral commission of Kenya have now moved to court to challenge the legitimacy of the current political leaders including the president. Samuel Kivuitu and 21 commissioners who oversaw the 2007 general elections want the court to declare the election of current members of parliament null and void arguing that the president and mps are products of the same flawed process that led to the disbandment of the Eck.
