Instagram model Sydney Chase claimed she hooked up with the basketball player and he told her he was not in a relationship anymore.
During her bombshell interview on podcast No Jumper, the social media guru said she "cut" the sports star off when she found out he was "not single" after they had been romancing.
She claimed: “I did not know - he told me he wasn’t in a relationship anymore.
“So we talked. We hung out multiple times. We did everything. This was in January or November - probably January.
“Then we hung out, everything was cool and he was talking to me. And I literally said ‘are you single?’
"And he said ‘yes.’ So I said ‘okay we can talk.’ Again we hung out multiple times, it happened. Then I found out he was not single and I cut him off."
Sydney made bold claims about the alleged sexual encounter.
Erika asked her: “So, how was Tristan Thompson’s d**k?”
She responded: “It was a peek-a-boo d**k but baby it was good."
Hayden asked: “So Tristan Thompson is uncut?”
She said: “Allegedly he is.”
In public, Khloe confirmed she was back with her ex Tristan in March this year.
Behind closed doors, they had been rebuilding their romance together in lockdown amid the coronavirus pandemic.
The couple had been playing happy families with their daughter True, three, in lockdown at Khloe's California mansion set in sprawling surroundings.
Speculation has been rife about an engagement because Khloe wears a huge diamond sparkler.
They have lots of romantic history together and go back to 2016.
Khloe has been devastated when Tristan cheated on her in the past.
In 2016, footage of the sports star kissing another woman was leaked by TMZ.
All was forgiven when Khloe welcomed their baby daughter True and they vowed to focus on their family together.
At the time, she wrote: "Regardless of what Tristan did to me, I was never going to take that moment away from True or Tristan.
"She should not be punished for his actions. He is her father and they both deserve to love one another as deeply as they possibly can."
In 2019, Tristan locked lips with Kylie Jenner's ex-BFF Jordyn Woods at a house party.
The scandal rocked the Kardashian clan to the core and Kylie dumped her BFF.
Tristan and Khloe split shortly afterwards but since then the couple have moved on and given their love another go.
On Keeping Up With The Kardashians, Tristan apologised to Khloe's mum Kris about cheating on her daughter.
He said: "So when I hurt her with all the actions I did, it really affected me a lot because of how much I let you down and our relationship, because you viewed me as a son."
