One of the best parts about halloween is getting dressed up and letting your inner child out to play. While I don’t typically celebrate halloween, I still enjoy the costumes. This year was no different. My Instagram feed was full of celebrities in mindblowing costumes the best of which had to be celebrities dressed as other celebrities.
