When you talk about flawless skin, you find yourself mentioning cellulite and stretchmarks. Actually, cellulite is common in every body type and you shouldn’t let Instagram models deceive you as what they do is invest in good photographers with spectacular photo editing skills. So, before beating yourself up over cellulite and stretchmarks, remember everyone has either one or both.

According to healthline.com, cellulite is formed when fatty tissue deep in the skin pushes up against connective tissue. It's estimated that more than 85 percent of all women 21 years and older have cellulite.

Consuming low fat diets and less fast foods can help reduce cellulite. You can consider consuming a lot of fiber rich foods which will help in eliminating toxins from the body.

iv.Drink water

Ensure to consume the daily recommended glasses of water a day as this actually helps minimize the visibility of cellulite. Cellulite appears worse when your body is dehydrated. This is because dehydration causes the skin to become thinner thus showing cellulite more.

v.Exercise

The best way to reduce fat levels in the body is by exercising regularly. You can schedule at least two days every week for a workout.

Yoga is also a great relaxed less intensive work out that can help reduce fat and you can switch it up with some skipping, running or walking.

Use your favorite massage oil or essential oil to massage the affected areas. The pressure will help boost the lymphatic drainage get rid of toxins which accumulate on the fat cells under the skin.

You can also book regular massage sessions to help with this.
