Don’t give him ultimatums

Making your man choose between you and his friends is shooting yourself in the foot. They have been around for a while. If you think you can just walk into his life and make him drop his lifelong friends for you, then you are in for a big surprise.

Don’t throw a fit when he hangs out with them

Just because you hate their guts doesn’t mean you should dictate when your boyfriend should hang out with his buddies.

Every man needs his ‘guys’ time. Throwing a tantrum every time he steps out with his boys will cause unnecessary friction in the relationship. Trust me, his friends will hate you all the more.

Try to get along with them

If you and your boyfriend are in it for the long haul, you should try and establish a good rapport with his friends, no matter how difficult. Put your ill feelings aside and try and find a common ground.
