Miley Cyrus has revealed one of her pet dogs almost died after biting through cables and getting electrocuted on set of The Voice. The 27-year-old chart-topping star has been a judge on the USA version of The Voice since 2016 – and her four-year-old beagle, Barbie, who she affectionately called “Little Dog”, gave her a huge scare on the current season.

Miley shared the traumatising story while appearing on US radio show Geena The Latina and Frankie V Morning Show on Friday. The star explained that the crew of The Voice helplessly watched the pup get shocked with volts of electricity after biting through a cable – with no one able to help her in case they too got electrocuted.
