KISII: Felister Osebe Onduso is not just an ordinary KCPE star in 2015 but she has the will and believes she has the ability to invent the way up, some day.

She emerged the best girl nationally in the 2015 KCPE results released Wednesday with 445 marks from Gilgil Hills Academy in Nakuru County.
