A suspected serial conman who allegedly masqueraded as a magistrate and collected Sh3.3 million by false pretense has been charged in a Nakuru court.

Vincent Kiprono Ng’eno and his wife Mercy Chepkirui denied eight counts of obtaining Sh3,269,230 by false pretense when they appeared before Nakuru Principal Magistrate Isaac Orenge.
