The Eldoret High Court has directed that a 37-year-old man who killed his fiancée two months ago to undergo a mental assessment at Mathari National Teaching and Referral Hospital (MNTRH) in Nairobi.
Justice Stephen Githinji made the order following a recommendation by a psychiatrist attached to Moi Teaching and Referral Hospital in Eldoret where the murder suspect, David Siloba had been referred to for medical attention.
