Nasa's 'adopt the polling station' has nothing to do with the insecurity of the nation

Kenya's most awaited day is drawing closer, politicians of divergent walks and talks are keen on utilizing the remaining days to see them carry the August 8, 2017 day. The curiosity among Kenyan voters to participate in this election is at the peak of the mountain. Every Kenyan is yearning for the day to elect his/her of choice, send home non performers and usher in good leadership. Across all the corners of the country, peace is prevailing as we have witnessed the most serene campaigns despite ever, this is after the country has been gradually healing from the 2007/8 post election mayhem that saw this country plunge into a political hell. I know most Kenyans of sane would not love to see the same happen in the subsequent days.

Election period attracts different political dimensions and ideologies, every political group works hard to come up with mechanisms to outshine their opponents, this is not different from the rest of the countries that have or will participate in the future elections. Some politicians have even gone a mile to utter propaganda which may sound eerily just to appeal for support. For those of you who keenly followed last year's US President's Donald Trump's campaign, you'll agree with me that most of his campaign ideologies were unreal, you recall he talked of building a high wall to suppress Mexican immigrants from not accessing to the world first class nation , America aimlessly. This according to me was not real but it was a one way to appeal to the majority natives which in turn would translate to massive voters' support.
