Here is the giant partnership between South Africa and VAELL

South African integrated fleet solutions provider, Eqstra Fleet Management (EFM), has entered into an arrangement with Vehicle and Equipment Leasing Limited (VAELL), as it seeks to support its customers without growing its presence on the continent.

Leasing and fleet management is increasingly gaining popularity and many companies are now realizing the numerous advantages of leasing and fleet management as well as the potential benefits it could bring to their organizations. This alliance will help VAELL service EFM’s customers within East Africa while EFM will service VAELL’s customers within the Southern African Region without either company having to put additional assets or resources on the ground.

It is expected that this move will help the duo cater for their customers' diverse needs and deliver the best possible results. Companies operating within Eastern, Central and South African region are seen to be the biggest winners in the said deal as they can now acquire vehicles and other automobile machinery at central place of their convenience.

The main advantage of leasing is that companies are able to plan their finances more effectively as leasing requires only small payments over a long time, depending on the terms agreed on. VAELL Regional Managing Director, Paul Njeru, said the partnership will be strategic for the duo and would potentially help them deliver great customer service. He remains optimistic of tremendous growth opportunities in the continent.

VAELL leases and manages cars and machinery to highly credit-worthy companies that shun heavy loans in buying movable assets and others that want to keep their credit lines open to allow access of funds for other projects.

“We are happy to be associated with VAELL, who have a reputation for excellence and professionalism – values that EFM emphasizes in their delivery of service to their customers,” says MD of EFM, Murray Price.
